Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We offer a one year warranty on our products. If our product is faulty we will fix or replace it at no cost. This does not include damages incurred by misuse, improper care, or regular wear and tear. The repair or replacement will be determined by ESKER Sales, LLC.

Why is my credit card being declined?
The MOST common reason your credit card is declined, is due to the incorrect billing address.

Please verify that the address associated with your credit card, is the one you enter into the billing address fields. If it is declined because of incorrect billing address, you must contact your bank or credit card provider and get the correct address. Remember, the billing address may be different from your shipping address. We will never ship to your billing address.

We also provide secure checkout using PayPal as another option.
