Mr. Peely Return and Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is issued by Traverse Sales, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, doing business as Mr. Peely (“Traverse Sales”).

Returns

Our policy lasts thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted, if applicable, for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.

 Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email sales@mrpeely.com for instructions.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item with a value over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
