Easily cut green onions, cilantro, leeks and chards into adjustable lengths of 1mm to 30mm. (1/16" to 3/16"). Feed the vegetable onto the belt feeder and the machine does the work. Easily breaks down to clean. Safety switch will not allow machine to operate while door is open, for safe, fast cutting and cleanup.
