All shipments are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue; however, we are not responsible for carrier-caused delays or losses.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Returns & Shipping Costs
